Tom Scearce, M.S., is a Learning & Training Specialist with over five years of leadership experience in the education and biotech industries. Currently serving as a Residence Life Manager at North Carolina State University, Tom has previously held roles such as Community Coordinator at Coastal Carolina University and Assistant Director of Housing, Engagement and Student Life at Regis University. Tom has demonstrated expertise in managing cross-functional teams, building training programs, and fostering collaboration across departments, contributing to strategic objectives in various settings. Tom holds a Master of Science in Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism & Mass Communication from Drake University.
