Tom Yang

Tom Yang is an experienced professional in Total Rewards, HRIS, and payroll, currently serving as the APAC C&B Manager at Biogen since 2021. Tom previously held roles at Allergan from 2018 to 2021 as a C&B specialist and at PerkinElmer from 2016 to 2018 as a C&B Specialist focusing on rewards and payroll. Tom began their career at IBM as a Compensation Analyst after the Kenexa acquisition from 2012 to 2015 and worked as an HR Shared Service Specialist at BD from 2015 to 2016. Tom earned a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics from 2006 to 2010.
