Tricia White

Tricia White is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in managing infrastructure projects and initiatives. Currently serving as an IT Infrastructure Portfolio Manager at Biogen Idec since July 2006, Tricia oversees the infrastructure portfolio and co-chairs monthly project status meetings for department VPs, while compiling executive-level project reports. Previously, Tricia held various significant roles at The Boston Globe, including Project Manager and Manager of IT Systems/DB/Web Admin, where responsibilities included managing a complex network infrastructure and system administration functions. Tricia also played a key role in a corporate initiative at Boston Globe/New York Times to implement a company-wide client/server financial system. Earlier experience includes a Systems Manager position at Digital Equipment Corporation, where system management and corporate e-mail support were primary focuses. Tricia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.
