Ursula Gonzalez

Ursula Gonzalez serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Biogen in Spain since March 2021, overseeing various functions including FP&A, commercial finance, strategy, tax, and financial reporting, and holding the position of Secretary of the Board. Previously, Ursula held multiple senior finance roles at L'Oréal, including CFO for the Professional Products Division and Head of FP&A for the Consumer Products Division. Additional experience includes serving as FP&A Associate Director at Bristol Myers Squibb, Head of FP&A and Marketing Manager at SC Johnson, and positions in regional FP&A and sales finance at Procter & Gamble. Ursula holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, leadership training from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and completed executive education at Esade in 2023.
