Jared Cooper

Jared Cooper, Ph.D., is the Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs at BioHorizons, a position they assumed in 2024 after previously serving as Director of Regulatory Affairs at the same company. They have extensive experience in regulatory affairs within the medical device industry, having held multiple managerial roles at Zimmer Biomet, where they supported U.S., EU, and global markets for various orthopedic applications. Jared also gained experience as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Biomet and completed engineering internships at Milliken & Company and Spine Wave, Inc. They earned a Ph.D. in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from The University of Memphis, following a Master's degree in the same field and a Bachelor's degree in Textile Sciences and Engineering from Auburn University.
