Gendron is a corporate administrator and accredited mediator. Gendron earned a CPA-CMA from UQUAM in 1982. Gendron has served as President of the Board for TelcoBridges (2017-2024), Algolith (2007-2010), Quazal (2005-2008), Datacom (2002-2004), and Quellis Systems (2003-2005), and as Executive Chair of the Board at Locus Dialogue (2002-2004). Present responsibilities include serving as President of the Board for BioIntelligence Technologies and for Zaddons, as Vice-President of the Board at Strato Automation, and as an Administrator at Big Bang ERP.
