Jake Maxwell

Jake Maxwell is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in corporate development, technology strategy, and analytics. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Development at BioIVT since July 2022, Jake has held various leadership roles including Sr. Director of Technology Strategy & Planning and Executive Strategy Lead at GoHealth from February 2019 to June 2022. Previous positions include Vice President of Finance and Analytics at Ciox Health for a brief period in 2018, Private Equity Associate at New Mountain Capital from August 2016 to August 2018, and Investment Banking Analyst at Greenhill & Co. from June 2014 to July 2016, with an early experience as a Summer Analyst at the same firm in 2013. Jake began a career in finance as a Financial Analyst Intern at Chrysler in 2012. Educationally, Jake holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington, completed in 2014.
