Martin Kuser

Martin Kuser has over 15 years of experience in the medical sales industry. Martin is currently serving as the Vice President of Sales for BioLab Sciences, starting in 2023. Prior to this role, Martin was the Vice President of Sales at Aziyo Biologics, where they worked from 2022 to 2023.

Before joining Aziyo Biologics, Martin held the position of Area Sales Director at DuraStat from 2021 to 2022. In this role, they led a team of Regional Managers to drive sales of a Dural Repair device across the Eastern US territory.

From 2018 to 2021, Martin worked as the Regional Vice President for Bone Bank Allografts/Globus Medical. Martin was responsible for managing and expanding sales operations across the Eastern US region.

Prior to that, Martin served as the Regional Vice President for Xtant Medical from 2015 to 2018. During their tenure, they were responsible for driving revenue growth in the orthobiologics and spinal fixation systems market across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.

In 2014, Martin briefly owned their own business, Patriot MedSurg Solutions. Before that, they were a Regional Manager at Alphatec Spine from 2013 to 2014, where they successfully developed a $12MM region encompassing multiple states.

From 2011 to 2013, Martin worked as an Area Business Manager at NuVasive. In this role, they led a team of sales representatives to manage sales and asset management operations in the Greater Baltimore and Western Maryland territory.

Martin began their career in the medical sales industry as an Independent Sales Representative at Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics in 2005. Martin later became a District Manager within the same company.

In 2004, Martin started their career as a Territory Manager at Brasseler USA.

Martin Kuser attended Wake Forest University from 1992 to 1993, where they pursued a BA degree in General studies. Following this, they enrolled at Loyola University Maryland from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a BBA degree in Marketing.
