Clément Lapierre

Clément Lapierre is a seasoned professional in business development and operations, currently serving as the Senior Business Development & Operations Development lead for Europe at BioLabs since February 2021. Previously, Clément held roles such as Business Development Associate at WILCO and Co-founder of Bioxegy, focusing on accelerating Tech & DeepTech startups and providing innovative biomimicry solutions, respectively. Clément's background includes an internship as an Astrobiology Engineer at NASA Ames Research Center, where a cell-free protein expression system was developed for space applications. Additional experience includes leading a team in the international iGEM Synthetic Biology competition and research roles in startups like Glowee and Meiogenix, where expertise in molecular biology and biotechnology was cultivated. Clément holds a degree from SupBiotech and completed an international semester at The University of Queensland.
