Randall Moore

President, Engineering, Science & Technologies at BioLargo

Randall is the President of BioLargo's engineering division in Oak Ridge Tennessee (BioLargo Engineering, Science & Technologies, LLC). Mr. Moore is an engineer/executive with more than 30 years of industrial commercial experience. Most recently he served as Manager of Operations for Consulting and Engineering for the Knoxville, Tennessee office of CB&I Environmental & Infrastructure, Inc. Prior to that, from February 2013 – May 2017, he was the Manager of Operations at Integrated Environmental Solutions a Consulting and Engineering group within CB&I, Environmental and Infrastructure, Inc. He lead the IES Group to identify, develop and commercialize emerging technologies and apply those technologies to recalcitrant environmental issues in the industrial sector. In this role he directed fundamental research that resulted in five U.S. Patents and one Chinese Patent. Prior to that, from September 2006 – September 2012, he was the Office Director Knoxville Tennessee – Responsible for all office functions for 175 person office. From May 2002 – February 2013, Business Line Manager, Commercial Consulting and Engineering at ShawEnvironmental & Infrastructure (Shaw E & I). Where he was responsible for profit/loss, operations and business development of all commercial projects for the 175 person Knoxville office. From 1996 – 2002 he was a Staff Technical Consultant, IT Corporation, Knoxville, Tennessee. Responsible for the management of major AQS projects and technical accuracy of Field Engineering Projects. From 1991 – 1996 he was a Manager-Field Engineering and Air Quality Services at IT Corporation. He was responsible for managing the people and resources of the Field Engineering Group. From 1985 – 1991 he was a Project Engineer, Air Quality Services with IT Corporation where he performed and managed projects in several air quality related disciplines including emission testing, equipment design, specification and procurement, environmental permitting and regulatory support. From 1980 – 1984 he was a Co-op Engineering Technician at Oak Ridge Gaseous Diffusion Plant, Oak Ridge, Tennessee.
