Wayne Mitchell, P.E.

Wayne Mitchell, P.E. has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 1993 as a Lead Design Engineer for Broin and Associates. Wayne then moved on to Heritage Environmental Services as a Senior Project Engineer III in 1996. In 1997, they became Plant Manager at Heritage - Micronutrients. Wayne then joined Reilly Industries as a Process Engineer II in 1998. In 2000, they started at Fagen, Inc. as Senior Vice President of Technology and Business Development. In 2007, they became Owner of Merinus LLC. From 2008 to 2011, they were Executive Vice President of Technologies and Operations for California Ethanol & Power LLC. In 2010, they became CEO of Bioleap, Inc. and in 2013, they became Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Canergy LLC.

Wayne Mitchell, P.E. attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1977 to 1979, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. Wayne then attended Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 1990 to 1992, where they studied Environmental Studies.
