Eric Ferrer

Eric Ferrer has a decade of experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources. In 2007, they began their career as a Regional Manager Executive Recruitment for Select Staffing, Direct Hire Division. In 2008, they moved to Siliken S.A. as the Director of Human Resources. In 2011, they joined Spireon, Inc. (Formerly ProconGPS, Inc.) as the Human Resources and Hiring Manager. From 2012 to 2014, Eric worked as a Talent Acquisition Contractor and a Sr. Talent Acquisition and Corporate Recruitment Specialist for SolarCity. In 2016, they joined OneRoof Energy, Inc. as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Business Partner and Dexcom as a Staff Talent Acquisition Business Partner. In 2021, they became the Talent Acquisition Manager for ViaCyte, and in 2022 they were promoted to Talent Acquisition Lead for Biolinq.
