Anthony McNicoll has a diverse and extensive work experience. Anthony is currently working at BioLite as the Associate Director of Hardware Engineering, leading the electrical engineering, firmware, and test groups. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Electrical Engineer at BioLite where they closely collaborated with the product development team to deliver integrated products in the outdoor and renewable energy markets. Before joining BioLite, Anthony worked as a Freelance Hardware Engineer through informal channels, providing complete solutions and working with like-minded talent. Anthony also worked as a Freelance Hardware Engineer under their own company, amcnicoll, where they offered various services such as product architecture, PCBA design, Python programming, among others. Anthony has previous experience as an Electrical Engineer at littleBits, where they were responsible for designing PCBA, writing firmware, and identifying areas for increasing customer value. Anthony also worked as a Test Systems & Sensing Intern at Empire Robotics, Inc. where they developed internal test stands and led product development for sensing products. Earlier in their career, Anthony worked as a Personal IT Assistant at Cornell University and as a Product Supply Intern at Procter & Gamble. Anthony also had a Technical Internship at BAE Systems. Throughout their career, Anthony has demonstrated expertise in areas such as electrical engineering, firmware development, product design, and project management.

Anthony McNicoll attended Cornell University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. In 2015, they further pursued their education at Cornell University Graduate School, completing a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree with a specialization in System Dynamics.
