Mitch Stauffer

Mitch Stauffer is a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at BioLite since July 2021, with extensive experience in the field of manufacturing engineering and product development. Previously, Mitch held the position of Senior Project Manufacturing Engineer at Lutron Electronics, where responsibilities included developing consumer electronics, designing manufacturing processes, and conducting design reviews to prioritize design for manufacturability and assembly. Additional experience includes roles at EnerSys, where Mitch developed a digital simulation for a battery manufacturing plant, and Mxl Industries Inc., focusing on injection molding and optical plastics. Mitch began the engineering career as a Design Engineer Intern at Stauffer Diesel Inc., specializing in custom generators. Mitch holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University.
