Oli Raison

Oli Raison is an experienced leader and consultant currently serving as the Director at Safarini Leadership and Managing Partner at EAT Strategy, specializing in organizational development consulting. With a focus on people and policy in emerging markets, Oli has held significant roles at BioLite, including Director of People & Policy and Director of Operations at EcoZoom, co-founding the latter and driving its expansion across Africa. Prior experience includes serving as a Strategic Development Adviser at VSO and rising through various operational management positions at Norbert Dentressangle. An alumnus of the University of California, Berkeley, with a Certificate in Executive Coaching, Oli also holds an MBA from Aston University and a BSc in Ocean Science from the University of Plymouth.
