Hugo Steenberghen

Hugo Steenberghen is currently serving as an ML & bioinformatics scientist at BioLizard since September 2023. In addition, Hugo has been a PhD student at Universiteit Antwerpen since October 2018. Previously, Hugo completed a Master's degree in Biomedical Bio-engineering at Universiteit Gent from September 2015 to September 2018. Early career experience includes roles as a waiter at Hoeve 't Alkeveld from April 2014 to April 2018, crew member at FestiService from July 2014 to September 2016, and a laboratory technician at Gemplant from February 2010 to April 2013, where responsibilities included the in vitro cultivation of ornamental plants. Education was completed at Ghent University from 2012 to 2018, following secondary education at OLV-College Campus Bevegem from 2006 to 2012.
