Tim Harkness

Tim Harkness is a serial entrepreneur and founder/CEO with more than 20 years of experience building life sciences companies. They founded Unchained Labs, growing it to a $50M+ business in 4+ years, and have had two successful exits with ProteinSimple and Molecular Devices. They have personally raised nearly $200 million in venture capital, helped raise over $1 billion in the public equity markets, and have served as an independent director for multiple companies. They currently serve as Independent Director at Omniome and LabVoice, are a Founding Venture Partner at Tri-Valley Ventures, chair Biolog, Inc., and serve on the Board of Directors for the Analytical, Life Science & Diagnostics Association. They earned a BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and an MBA from Stanford University.
