Dylan Bledsoe

Dylan Bledsoe has a robust background in human resources and recruiting, with experience spanning various roles and companies. Currently serving in the Partnerships division at BIOLYTE® since July 2022, Dylan previously worked as a Talent and Engagement Specialist at Hancock Askew & Co., LLP, where responsibilities included overseeing recruiting functions and campus strategies for multiple offices. Prior to that, Dylan held the role of Human Resources Recruiting Manager at Atlanta Flooring Design Centers, Inc., where the focus was on coordinating all recruiting processes and fostering employee relationships. Additional experience includes being a Field Recruiter for 84 Lumber and a Recruiting Coordinator at Axiom Staffing Group. Dylan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Education in Sport Management from the University of Georgia.
