Golnar Afshar

Golnar Afshar is a Mentoring Specialist at BioMADE and also serves as the Career Development and Internship Coordinator at City College of San Francisco. With a background in biotechnology education and research, Golnar has experience in curriculum development, industry partnerships, and promoting hands-on activities in biotechnology education for high school and community college students. Golnar has also worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Skyline College and City College of San Francisco, as well as a Program Manager at BABEC. Additionally, Golnar has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from UC Irvine and a Doctor of Philosophy in Biology from Georgetown University.
