Steve Lamon is a seasoned project engineer with over 15 years of experience in biomanufacturing scale-up, operational excellence, and capital project management. Currently serving as a Senior Capital Project Engineer at BioMADE, they lead a $40M project to establish a biotech facility. Previously, they held leadership roles at companies such as The Toro Company, Meritor, and Pall - Industrial, where they consistently drove efficiency improvements and managed significant capital budgets. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from San Diego State University and a Business certificate from Cornell University.
