BioMania is a 100% organic, farm-to-table, plant-based restaurant with locations in Zagreb and Bol on the island of Brač. 
 
Our goal is to be an example of sustainability while providing our guests the highest quality ingredients which are not only organic, but go beyond that. 

What makes us unique: 

🌱We collaborate with small family suppliers and grow some of our own food.
🌱 Our menus are adapted to seasonal and local ingredients, reflecting the terrain, climate and agricultural traditions.
🌱We integrate circular processes: composting food waste, using biodegradable materials, and minimizing waste wherever possible.

Our story is simply our interpretation of the planet’s story – we listen to its needs and act in harmony with it.
