Marcela Pyles, PhD, is a forest carbon scientist with nearly 12 years of experience specializing in nature-based solutions for climate change mitigation. They are currently engaged in the Voluntary Carbon Market, developing forest conservation and restoration projects that provide climate, social, and biodiversity benefits.
