Cory Kreeck

Cory Kreeck currently serves as the Global Head of People Operations at Bionano Genomics, Inc. since September 2022 and also holds the role of People & Culture Advisor at SpinLaunch. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Beachbody from March 2011 to November 2021, where Cory was the Group Vice President of People Operations and played key roles in organizational development, training, and development initiatives. Notable achievements include leading a digital ERP transformation and earning a Chief Learning Officer Silver Elite award for implementing an innovative Learning Management System. Earlier career positions at Avon involved managing substantial sales teams and achieving significant revenue targets. Cory's education includes a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Biola University and a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy with a focus on Economics, Management, and Human Resources from Utah State University.
