Tim Lambert

Tim Lambert has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Tim started their career in 2009 as an Engineering Science Co-op at Ontario Power Generation. In 2010, they worked as an NSERC USRA with the Mars Exploration Rover APXS Team at the University of Guelph, where they analyzed raw data and developed a program for data analysis.

From 2013 to 2019, Tim worked at Accelerated Systems Inc., initially as a Motor Designer focused on developing electric drive technologies for various vehicles. Later, they took on a role as a (Consulting) Intellectual Property Engineer, supporting the company's research and intellectual property development programs.

Tim joined Virgin Hyperloop in 2017, where they held several managerial and engineering positions. Tim served as an Electromagnetic Design Engineer, Lead Electromagnetic Design Engineer, and Application Engineer: Levitation Systems. Tim also worked as the Manager for Harnesses & Electronics Integrated Product Team, Levitation and Guidance Systems, and Electrical & Electromagnetic Systems.

Tim's most recent work experience is at Bionaut Labs, where they hold the role of Sr. Electrical Engineer from January 2023 onwards.

Tim Lambert completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Physics at the University of Guelph from 2007 to 2011. During this time, they also studied Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Economics, and Business. Subsequently, Tim pursued a Master's of Applied Science in Engineering from the University of Guelph from 2011 to 2013.
