Michael Smith

Michael Smith is the Owner of Bio::Neos, Inc., a bioinformatics software company providing high-quality software products to life science researchers. Michael previously worked as a Teaching Assistant at the ECE Department at the University of Iowa, where Michael assisted with introductory and advanced programming courses. Additionally, Michael served as a Research Assistant at the Center for Bioinformatics and Computation Biology at the University of Iowa, focusing on developing bioinformatics applications for database interactions, data management, and custom analysis. Michael holds a M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a B.S.E in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Iowa.
