Helen Wiley

Helen Wiley is currently the Chief of Staff at Bionic, having advanced through several HR roles within the company since 2019. With over five years of HR experience, Helen holds a Master's in Human Resource Management and a full CIPD qualification. Prior to joining Bionic, Helen served as an Assistant Psychologist at NHS and completed an HR internship at Glencore. Helen also gained valuable experience as an HR Administrator at Double Negative and other HR roles during their career. They earned a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Bath.
