Mackenzie Eickhoff

Mackenzie Eickhoff has a diverse work experience. In 2009, they worked as a Summer Tennis Instructor for the City Parks and Recreation, City of Napoleon, where they planned lessons and provided instructions to children of all ages. From 2013 to 2014, Mackenzie was an Engineering Intern at General Mills, where they worked on developing and executing trials to monitor product visually with an automated vision system. Mackenzie also evaluated the reduction of adhesive on finished product cartons. From 2013 to 2014, they also worked as a Payroll Office Receptionist at The University of Toledo, assisting customers with pay stub and other payroll-related issues. Starting in 2014, Mackenzie joined Bionix Development Corporation as an Engineering Intern, collaborating with the New Product Development team and working on testing and advancing new and existing products. From 2015 to 2018, they served as a Bioengineering Peer Mentor at The University of Toledo, helping freshman students with college life transition and mentoring them throughout their first year. In 2017, they became a Sales Associate at MOD Boutique, where they provided customer assistance, maintained store cleanliness, and managed merchandise. From 2017 to 2019, Mackenzie worked at Bionix Radiation Therapy, first as a Quality Assurance Engineer, assisting in implementing ISO13485 Quality System and performing inspections, and then as a New Product Development Engineer. Finally, in 2020, they became a Product Development Engineer at Bionix®, utilizing their expertise in product development.

Mackenzie Eickhoff completed their Bachelor's Degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from The University of Toledo, from 2011 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Napoleon High School from 2008 to 2011, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned. In addition to their formal education, Mackenzie Eickhoff has also obtained certifications in Product Management: Launching Your Product in February 2022 and Project Management: Preventing Scope Creep in April 2021, both from LinkedIn.
