Aline Dörrbaum

Aline Dörrbaum currently serves as Associate Director of Formulation Analytic and Assay Development at BioNTech SE, a role held since November 2021, following experience as a Scientist in the same department. Prior to this position, Aline worked at CeMOS - Center for Mass Spectrometry and Optical Spectroscopy as a Scientist from September 2020 to October 2021. Aline’s research background includes a Doctoral Student position at the Max Planck Institute for Brain Research, where the focus was on protein turnover in neurons, and earlier roles as a Scientist at the Research Institute of Molecular Pathology, and a Bachelor and Master thesis at BOKU. Aline holds a PhD in Biology from Goethe University Frankfurt, a Master of Science in Bio- and Pharmaceutical Analysis, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Chemistry from Hochschule Fresenius.
