Andreas Heigert has extensive experience in procurement and program management, currently serving as Manager Procurement Construction and previously as Specialist Procurement IT at BioNTech SE since May 2021. Prior to this role, Andreas took a sabbatical in 2020 and worked at Global Propulsion Systems from September 2009 to December 2019 as Global Program Administrator and Assistant Program Manager. Andreas's career began at Opel where positions included Scheduling Analyst & Bottleneck Management from January 2000 to August 2009 and Test and Release Coordinator from July 1991 to December 1999. Andreas holds a degree in Industrial Mechanics with a specialization in Automation Technology from Opel Automobile GmbH, completed in August 1991.
