Andreas Kuhn

Andreas Kuhn has extensive experience in RNA biochemistry and development, currently serving as Senior Vice President of RNA Biochemistry & CMC Development at BioNTech SE since March 2014. Previous roles at BioNTech SE include Vice President of RNA Biochemistry & Manufacturing and Deputy Qualified Person. Prior to this, Andreas Kuhn held positions at BioNTech IMFS as Deputy Qualified Person and at Ribological GmbH as Project Manager for Research & Development. Earlier experience includes Project Manager roles at University Clinic Mainz and Research Scientist at the Max Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry. Andreas Kuhn's educational background includes a Doctorate in Chemistry from Ruhr University Bochum, a Postdoctoral Associate degree in Biochemistry/Genetics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and an Assistant Lectureship in Biochemistry/Genetics from Technische Universität Braunschweig.
