Previously, Klunker held the position of Vice President of Program Management at T-knife Therapeutics, where responsibilities included establishing a Program Management department and global team structures. At MorphoSys, Klunker directed global program teams managing proprietary development programs while overseeing budget and resource planning. Klunker's extensive experience includes roles at TRION Pharma, focusing on project management and business development, and Boehringer Ingelheim, managing client projects in biopharmaceuticals. Academic credentials include a PhD in Biochemistry from the Technical University of Munich and a diploma in Biotechnology from Université Louis Pasteur, complemented by business training at INSEAD and mindfulness instruction.
