Esther Riga

Esther Riga is an accomplished professional in the field of chemistry with a strong background in quality control and stability management. Currently serving as Associate Director of Quality Control at BioNTech SE since April 2023, Esther previously held multiple roles at Pfizer from July 2019 to March 2023, including Laborleitung and Head of Stability Management. Esther's academic credentials include a Dr. rer. nat. degree in Chemistry from The University of Freiburg, obtained between 2014 and 2018, along with a Diplom in Chemistry from the Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, Esther pursued studies at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and spent a year at the University of Toronto from 2011 to 2012.
