Jens Becker

Jens Becker is currently the Director of Inhouse Lean Process Consulting at BioNTech SE, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Jens worked at UMS Consulting GmbH & Co. KG for over a decade, where they served as a Senior Manager and Senior Consultant, focusing on the implementation of excellence programs and coaching project leaders. Jens began their career as a Consultant at UMS Consulting, specializing in training and advising on Lean Six Sigma projects. Jens holds a degree in KfZ Betriebswirt from Betriebswirtschaftliche Fachschule für KfZ Gewerbe Calw, which they completed in 1997.
