Jonas Harbach

Jonas Harbach currently serves as Director of Financial Reporting at BioNTech SE, a role held since May 2022, following a progression from Associate Director in the same department. Prior to joining BioNTech, Jonas accumulated extensive experience at KPMG Deutschland from October 2014 to March 2022, advancing from Associate to Manager, Wirtschaftsprüfer, and Prokurist in the Audit Corporate division. Early career internships at KPMG and a tutor position at Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz laid the groundwork for professional development. Academically, Jonas holds a Master of Science in Wirtschaftsprüfung from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, and completed a semester abroad in Economics at Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie.
