Marcel Horn

Marcel Horn is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in Service Management and IT architecture. Currently serving as Associate Director of the ServiceNow Platform CMDB & Services at BioNTech SE since May 2022, Marcel previously held the role of IT-Architekt at AOK Sachsen-Anhalt from January 2020 to May 2022, contributing to IT architecture in one of Saxony-Anhalt's largest health insurance companies. Prior experience includes over a decade at D-ploy GmbH and Sandoz, focusing on Datacenter Services and Operations Management for major pharmaceutical manufacturing sites. Marcel began a career in IT as an IT Site Administrator with the Bundeswehr, managing infrastructure services for the German army. Marcel holds a degree in Information and Telecommunications System Management from IHK Magdeburg.
