Markus Pallast

Markus Pallast is an experienced professional in the biotech industry, currently serving as Associate Director of CMC Management RNA at BioNTech SE since September 2023. Prior to this role, Markus held various positions at Celonic Group from May 2019 to September 2023, including Team Manager responsible for technology transfer, process validation, and continuous process improvement, as well as Director of Downstream Processing with additional responsibilities as "Leiter der Herstellung" according to §12 AMWHV. Previously, Markus worked as Team Manager DSP at Glycotope Biotechnology GmbH from February 2009 to April 2019, playing a key role during the company's transition to Celonic Deutschland in late 2017.
