They have held various leadership roles, including Director of QA at BioNTech SE and Senior Director of Quality Systems & Compliance at Cheerland Biotechnology, contributing to the setup of Quality Management Systems and compliance oversight. Having worked in multiple countries, including South Korea and Singapore, Melissa is currently focused on building a CDMO plant in China, introducing advanced bioreactor technology.
