Michael Rooney

Michael Rooney is currently the Director of Computational Biology at BioNTech SE. Prior to this role, Michael held positions at Neon Therapeutics and the Broad Institute, where Michael focused on informatics analysis, computational pipeline development, and identification of therapeutic targets related to cancer immunotherapy. Michael has a Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BS in Environmental Engineering from Harvard University.
