Nitisha Pyndiah

Nitisha Pyndiah, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Global Regulatory Affairs at BioNTech SE, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, Nitisha held various positions at GSK from January 2020 to January 2025, including Global Regulatory Lead and Director of Global Regulatory Affairs. Nitisha's experience also includes serving as Submissions Lead in CMC Regulatory Affairs at TESARO, Inc., and working as a consultant at HartmannWillner, providing strategic regulatory advice for biopharmaceutical products. Additional internships in regulatory affairs were completed at Maxia Strategies LLC. Nitisha's academic background includes a PhD in Microbiology from the University of Lausanne, an MSc in Medical Molecular Biology from the University of Westminster, and a BSc in Biochimie Biologie Moléculaire from the University of Strasbourg.
