Secil Koseoglu

Secil Koseoglu has extensive experience in the field of translational sciences, currently serving as Director of Translational Sciences at BioNTech SE and previously holding the position of Associate Director of Translational Sciences at BioNTech US. Prior roles include Principal Scientist and Senior Scientist in Translational Sciences at Surface Oncology Inc., as well as Scientist in Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics (DMPK) at Takeda Pharmaceuticals. Secil began a career in research as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at BIDMC/Harvard Medical School and as a Graduate Student at the University of Minnesota. Secil holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Middle East Technical University and completed a PhD at the University of Minnesota between 2006 and 2012.
