Steffi Knoll

Steffi Knoll currently serves as the Director of Global Market Access at BioNTech SE since November 2023. Prior to this role, a robust career at Novartis spanned from March 2015 to July 2023, holding various senior positions including Executive Director, Global Access Disease Lead for Lung Cancer, and Director of Global Access Product Lead within the Lung Cancer Franchise. Additional roles at Novartis included Director of Worldwide Health Outcomes, Value and Access, and Value Evidence Leader during the integration of GSK Oncology into Novartis. Earlier experience includes positions at GSK, focusing on health outcomes and value evidence, and roles at Kendle as Project Leader in Health Economics. Steffi Knoll holds a PhD in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Université de Neuchâtel and a Diplom in Biology from the University of Bayreuth, alongside additional educational experiences at the University of Basel, University of York, and The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
