Founded in 2013, the Biopharma Sustainability Roundtable is a unique platform for senior Sustainability professionals in pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. We focus deeply on a single industry, addressing the full range of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) topics, from strategy through governance, operations, and communication. Through frank peer-to-peer discussions of industry trends, biopharma challenges, and best practices, our goal is to help our participants drive the Biopharma Sustainability agenda forward within their companies and our industry.  

Every year, we deliver a participant-driven program of online and in-person events, group initiatives, and bespoke advisory services.  Our flagship two-day Biopharma Sustainability Roundtable is held each April, featuring interactive seminar-style discussions among senior executives and industry experts. The Roundtable is followed by the Biopharma Investor Day, featuring direct conversations between Biopharma and Capital Markets professionals, including investors, asset managers, and analysts, with the goal of improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and value of ESG-related communications. 

Today, the Biopharma Sustainability Roundtable (BSRT for short) includes most large biotech and pharma companies globally as well as several medium- and smaller-scale biopharma businesses. BSRT is recognized as the leading biopharma sustainability forum within the sector and for connecting with its key stakeholders: Investors, Standard setters, Rating organizations, and Trade associations.
