Steve Jones

Steve Jones is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical sector, serving as the Founder and Director of BioPhorum Operations Group since March 2008. This industry collaboration focuses on operational best practices in drug substance manufacturing and related areas. Previously, Steve held leadership roles as Managing Director of Lean Evolution Ltd and as an Independent Consultant with Biopharmaceutical Consulting, where significant improvements in manufacturing processes were achieved. Steve also developed consultancy programs at WCI Consulting Limited and played key engineering roles at Bentley Harris Ltd and T&N. Steve's early career included working as an Aerothermal Technologist at Rolls-Royce plc. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School and a B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
