Daniel Sciubba

Daniel Sciubba, MD, MBA, is the Lucille and Milton Cohn Professor and Chair of Neurosurgery at Northwell Health/Hofstra, as well as the Senior Vice President of Neurosurgery and Co-Director for the Institute for Neurology & Neurosurgery at Northwell Health. They focused their clinical practice and research on complex spine reconstructive surgery, specifically treating patients with spine tumors and spinal deformities. Previously, they served as a neurosurgeon at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and directed spine tumor and spinal deformity surgery there. As a co-founder and Chief Medical Officer of BioPhy.ai, they aim to innovate the evaluation and financing of biotech companies through their expertise in artificial intelligence, finance, and medical research. Daniel holds a BS in Biology from Duke University, an MD from Columbia University, and an MBA from The Wharton School.
