Robert Specht, CFA, CAIA, is a seasoned portfolio manager and derivatives trader with over 20 years of experience in global macro and alternative investments. Currently, they work at SEI, focusing on alternative investments, and have held multiple key positions in the financial industry, including senior roles at Freedom Mortgage, Group One Trading, and Additive Advisory and Capital, LLC. Robert co-founded Specht Investment Corp. and has significantly contributed to the development of investment strategies, including overseeing SEI’s ETF models and managing high-profile portfolios. They graduated summa cum laude with a BSBA in Finance from the University of Florida and hold an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
