Our IP portfolio covers two patent families protecting proprietary methods for loading CRISPR components, proteins, DNA, and RNA into nanovesicles — achieving 650x improved encapsulation efficiency vs. conventional approaches — and engineering their surfaces for targeted tissue-specific delivery.

The result: a complete, non-immunogenic delivery platform with repeat dosing capability, blood-brain barrier penetration, and IV administration — overcoming the fundamental limitations of AAV vectors and lipid nanoparticles.
