Raphaël Conz

Raphaël Conz is an accomplished economic leader with extensive experience in economic development and innovation. Currently serving as the Managing Director of the Office for Economic Affairs and Innovation (SPEI) in the Etat de Vaud since April 2002, Raphaël Conz oversees economic development policy, financial incentives for start-ups and SMEs, and manages innovation, investment, entrepreneurship, industry, and tourism policies. Previous roles include Head of Economic Promotion and Project Manager at SPEI, as well as Deputy Director at DEWS, where responsibilities included managing international market representatives and investment projects. Early career experience includes serving as the Marketing and Communication Manager for Felco SA. Raphaël Conz holds a Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, and Management from Université de Neuchâtel and has further credentials in Entrepreneurship and Business Development, as well as Marketing and Communication from the University of Geneva.
