Derek Webster, MBA, is a seasoned sales executive with extensive experience in the life sciences and healthcare industries. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Sales at BioProtect Ltd, Derek previously held the role of Vice President of Sales at TriSalus Life Sciences, where a significant team expansion and a 95% employee retention rate were achieved under their leadership. Derek’s career includes impactful positions at Sirtex Medical Limited, where a $25M sales area was effectively managed, and earlier roles at Anulex, Baxter International Inc., Codman & Shurtleff, Inc., Medtronic, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Ohio National Guard, and the US Navy. Derek earned a BSBA in Marketing & Logistics from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and an MBA from Anderson University.
