John Keen is currently a Regional TPM Manager and European PM pillar lead at Ecolab, where they also serve as the Global Lean flow pillar lead. With previous experience as a Continuous Improvement Manager at PepsiCo, John was inducted into the Pepsico Circle of Champions in New York in 2013. Their career began at Cirtron PCB Services as a Final Finishes Manager, and they later worked as an Electrical Cable Engineer at Motorcycle Electrical Services. John holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Warwickshire College.
