We develop and apply upstream bioprocess technologies both to deliver solutions for biotech, food-tech and biomanufacturing teams and to advance our own scalable, fit-for-purpose bioreactor platforms. By combining hands-on process development with deep bioreactor and infrastructure expertise, we help teams build robust, reproducible, and scalable processes.

Our work focuses on fixing and optimizing underperforming or unstable fermentations, reducing batch-to-batch variability and de-risking scale-up decisions early before major CAPEX or regulatory commitments.

Unlike lab-only or CRO-style consulting, we operate at reactor, infrastructure and plant level, with real-world experience across bioreactor & infrastructure design, operation and retrofitting in food-grade and GMP environments. This hands-on engineering and process work also drives the development of our own upstream bioprocesses and bioreactor technologies - systems that ensure sterility where it matters most and translate promising biology into industrial-scale production for biomanufacturing and alternative protein applications.
